About AlbinoLeffe

UC AlbinoLeffe are a small but remarkable club from the Val Seriana valley in the province of Bergamo, formed in 1998 through the merger of Albinese Calcio and Societa Calcio Leffe. In the shadow of their famous neighbours Atalanta, AlbinoLeffe achieved something genuinely extraordinary: nine consecutive seasons in Serie B and a near-promotion to Serie A in 2007-08. Representing the communities of Albino and Leffe with enormous local pride, this is a club that defied every expectation simply by existing at the professional level, let alone competing at it.

UC AlbinoLeffe were founded in 1998 and have played home games at the Stadio Citta di Alzano Lombardo and previously at the Atleti Azzurri d'Italia in Bergamo. They compete in Serie C. The club's nine consecutive Serie B seasons represent their greatest period of sustained achievement.

AlbinoLeffe play in dark blue and azure, a two-tone combination that gives their home kit a distinctive character rarely seen in Italian football. The pairing of deep navy and light sky blue sits apart from the typical stripes or solid colours of the Italian game. For away fixtures, the club have worn red and yellow, a vivid contrast to the usual home palette. The Kappa and Legea kits from their nine Serie B seasons are treasured by fans of this quietly extraordinary club, small-town football at the professional level with understated dignity.
