About Bryne
Bryne FK are a Norwegian football club from the Jaeren region of Rogaland, founded in 1926 and representing one of Norway's most productive footballing communities in the flat, fertile landscape south of Stavanger. The club won their only major trophy in 1987, claiming the Norwegian Football Cup by defeating Brann 1-0 in the final after extra time, a day of enormous celebration in the town of Bryne. After a long absence from the top flight, Bryne returned to the Eliteserien at the end of 2024, 22 years since their last top-division campaign, a proud homecoming for a club with deep roots in Rogaland football.
