About Como

Como are one of Italian football's most romantic clubs, nestled on the shores of Lake Como in Lombardy. Founded in 1907, they spent much of the 20th century oscillating between Serie A and the lower divisions, but few clubs carry such an evocative image. The lake, the mountains, the blue and white shirt. These things belong together. Their return to Serie A in 2024 after a 21-year absence felt like a reunion long overdue.

Founded in 1907, Como play at the intimate Sinigaglia stadium on the shores of Lake Como. They have spent periods in Serie A across their history, winning the Serie B title in 1948. The Lariani, as they are known locally, returned to the Italian top flight in 2024 for the first time in over two decades.

The blue and white of Como has been worn at the Sinigaglia for generations, and the hooped and striped designs that characterised their shirts through the 1970s and 1980s remain fan favourites. Their early 1980s Serie A kits are especially cherished, reflecting an era when Como held their own in Italian football's most competitive decade. The modern club has honoured the classic palette on their return to Serie A, keeping the blue and white pairing that ties them forever to their lakeside home.
