About Houston Dynamo

Houston Dynamo are one of MLS's great dynasty-builders, a club that entered the league in 2006 and immediately won back-to-back MLS Cup titles in their first two seasons, an achievement that has never been replicated in the competition's history. The orange shirts of PNC Stadium have been one of American football's most distinctive sights for two decades, and the club has continued to build competitive squads that challenge for silverware in the Western Conference. Houston is serious football country and the Dynamo have always reflected that. Founded in 2005, Houston Dynamo play at PNC Stadium and compete in MLS Western Conference. Key honours include two MLS Cup titles (2006, 2007) and four US Open Cups. Known as the Dynamo, the club wears orange as their primary colour and is one of MLS's most historically consistent sides. Orange is Houston Dynamo and it has been worn with energy and pride since the club's very first season. The deep orange home shirts of the 2006 and 2007 championship seasons are the most historically significant in the club's wardrobe, worn in consecutive title-winning campaigns. More recent Adidas designs have kept the orange bold and central. The white away kits with orange trim offer a clean contrast, and the combination gives the Dynamo one of MLS's most memorable colour identities.
