About Melbourne Victory
Melbourne Victory are the heartbeat of Australian football, a club built on passion, blue-collar grit, and a fanatical supporter base that makes the A-League come alive. Founded in 2004 for the A-League's inaugural season, Victory have become the competition's most successful and widely supported club, with four championship titles and a string of Grand Final appearances that have defined modern Australian football.
Founded in 2004 and based in Melbourne, Victoria, Victory compete in the A-League Men, Australia's top professional league. Their home base is AAMI Park, and their honours include four A-League Championships and three Premierships, making them the most decorated club in the competition's history.
The famous navy blue home shirt with its bold white V-chevron is one of the most recognisable kits in the A-League. That V-shape nods to the Victorian sporting tradition and gives the shirt instant identity. Reebok supplied the shirts in the club's early years before adidas took over in 2011, producing some memorable away shirts along the way, including a controversial fluoro yellow away in 2011-12. Macron became the kit supplier from 2021 onward, continuing the navy blue tradition.
