About Olympiakos

Olympiakos are Greek football's most dominant force, a club from the Piraeus port district of Athens who have collected league titles with near-relentless consistency for the better part of a century. With over 47 Greek Super League titles, they are the most decorated club in Greek football history by a considerable distance, and their red and white home shirt is instantly recognisable across European football wherever they compete.

Founded in 1925 and based in Piraeus, Greece, the club play at the Karaiskakis Stadium. Their honours include 47 Greek Super League titles, 27 Greek Cup wins, and multiple UEFA Champions League group stage appearances. Nicknamed Thrylos (The Legend) and proudly associated with red and white.

The red and white of Olympiakos is as synonymous with Greek football as the Acropolis is with Athens. That bold red home shirt with white trim has been worn by some of the best players to pass through Greek football, and during the club's regular Champions League campaigns of the 2000s and 2010s, those kits became familiar sights on European matchnights. Adidas and later Hummel have been among the kit suppliers, and the classic red home shirts from the club's most dominant domestic eras are among the most collected Greek football jerseys in existence.
