Seattle Sounders FC are the standard-bearers of football in the Pacific Northwest and one of MLS's great success stories, a club that entered the league in 2009 and immediately set new benchmarks for supporter culture, attendances, and silverware. Two MLS Cup titles and a CONCACAF Champions League crown have been collected by a fanbase that consistently fills Lumen Field with noise and colour. Founded in 2009 as an MLS expansion team, Seattle Sounders FC play at Lumen Field and compete in the MLS Western Conference. Key honours include two MLS Cup titles and the CONCACAF Champions League.
