Red and white are the iconic colours of South China AA, worn during 41 league title-winning campaigns across more than a century of Hong Kong football. The club's extraordinary dominance in Hong Kong football means their shirts span remarkable eras, from pre-war representative jerseys to modern red and white that fans still wear with enormous pride. The Shaolin Temple nickname reflects both their dominance and the near-mythical status they have earned across generations of supporters in one of Asia's great sporting cities.
