About Edin Dzeko
Edin Dzeko is a Bosnian striker born in Sarajevo in 1986 whose career has taken him across clubs in six countries since 2003. After making his name at VfL Wolfsburg, where he won the Bundesliga Golden Boot in 2009-10, he joined Manchester City in January 2011 and went on to win two Premier League titles. He wore the sky blue number 10 shirt for 189 appearances and scored 72 goals, including the header that kept City's title hopes alive in the famous QPR comeback on the final day of the 2011-12 season. He is the all-time top scorer and most capped player in Bosnia and Herzegovina national team history.
